How to joint QSR Section:

 

You may join the QSR Section regardless of whether or not you are an INFORMS member. A membership application form is available online at http://www.informs.org/Subdiv/forms.html. You may also call 1-800-446-3676 to get a membership application form by mail. In order to join the QSR Section, simply select the QSR Section on the form and pay the required dues to the QSR Section. The QSR Section fees are: $5.00 for INFORMS members; $1.00 for student/retired INFORMS members; and $10.00 for non-INFORMS members.If you are not an INFORMS member but would like to be, you can use this application to join INFORMS as well as QSR by selecting and paying $10.00 dues to the Section. The application form is the same as the INFORMS membership application form.
